Water
Stagecoach Trails is situated over one of Mohave Counties largest and most plentiful aquifers. The water quality is excellent and full domestic water rights have been conveyed with each parcel. As a result, many property owners have drilled wells for their water supply. The water depth varies significantly over the ranch ranging from less than a 100 feet to several hundred feet. Their are several well drilling companies in the area that can assist you.
As an alternative approach, some property owners have opted to install water tanks and have water delivered. Typically two 2500 gallon tanks are used. There are two public wells available where water maybe purchased, one located in Yucca and the other at the southwestern end of the ranch.
Electricity
The power poles are moving into Stagecoach Trails. Many parcels now have close access to electric power. Arrangements can be made with UniSource Energy Services to bring power to your property.
As an alternative, solar power systems are available. Solar panels convert the suns energy into electricity that is stored in batteries. Wind powered generators can also be added to assist in charging batteries. In addition, generators can be used to supplement your solar system or as the main source for your electric power. Generators are available that operate on gasoline, diesel fuel and bottled gas.
Sewage Disposal
Sewage disposal is by privately owned septic systems. There are qualified septic installers in the area.
Trash Pickup
There is currently a private company that picks up trash on the ranch on a weekly basis for a fee.
Bottled Gas
Bottled gas is available for delivery from companies in either Kingman or Lake Havasu City. The tanks are rented from the gas companies and come in many sizes depending on your needs. Bottled gas is excellent source of energy for cooking, heating and to operate generators.
Telephone Service
Wireless phone service is available over much of the ranch. The service will continue to improve as additional towers are constructed in the area.
Television
Satellite systems offer complete TV coverage on the ranch. Inexpensive receivers are available from DirecTV and The Dish Network.
